Curry sauce
Ingredients ( people)
- 30 gr Sunflower oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 85 gr Onion
- 10 gr Fresh ginger
- 4 gr Curry powder
- 1 gr Chili flakes
- 23 gr Tomato paste
- 12 gr Sugar
- 2.5 gr Salt
- 100 ml Cream (20%)
- Pepper (to taste)
Steps
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Add the garlic, onion, and ginger. Cook until soft. Don't let it brown.
- Add the curry powder, chili flakes and tomato paste. Cook until the tomato paste looks glossy.
- Add the sugar, salt, pepper and the cream. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Cook any other ingredients you want to add in the sauce like chicken, tofu, or vegetables.
- Add the cooked ingredients to the sauce and serve with rice or naan bread.
