- 13 g Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 6 g Ginger, Raw
- 453 g Filet américain
- 14 g Sesame Oil
- 225 g Cabbage, Raw
- 80 g Onion, Raw
- 110 g Carrots, Raw
- 66 gr Soy Sauce
- 15 g Sriracha
- 1 piece Spring Onions
- 1 tbsp, whole pieces Sesame Seeds
- 12 pieces Rice paper
Steps
- Cook the ground beef, then move it to the side of the pan
- Add the sesame oil and cook the carrot, onion, cabbage
- Add the soy sauce and sriracha and mix. Cook until tender. Season with salt.
- 1-by-1, wet a rice paper and add about 50gr of the cooked mixture. Roll the rice wrap. Repeat.
