Pasta with smoked salmon, goat cheese and spinach

Steps

  1. Boil water with a bit of salt
  2. Clean the spinach
  3. Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan and cook 3/4ths of the spinach
  4. Peal the garlic and cut ti finely. Add the pulp to the spinach and season with pepper and salt.
  5. Add the cookedstewed spinach to a blender or cutter with a bit of water. Add the ricotta and goat cheese. Blend until smooth.
  6. Boil the spaghetti in the water
  7. Heat some olive oil in a pan
  8. Peal the onion and cut it into strips. Cook it in the oil
  9. Add the pine nuts and let it roast for a moment
  10. Add the pasta to the onions and pine pits.
  11. Add the sauce to the spaghetti together with a bit of the spaghetti water. Add the rest of the spinach leaves. Mix everything.
  12. Rip the salmon into pieces. Add to the pasta when serving.
