Steps

  1. Mix sugar, flour, salt butter until its a smooth dough.
  2. Put the mixture in a greased baking pan (approx 20x20cm).
  3. Prick holes in the dough, creating rows.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180ÂȘC
  5. Cut the shortbread pieces right after you take it out of the oven. Let it cool.
